(Relatively) Heavy contractions starts

Ranie's been having some (irregular) heavy contractions since 11.30pm (Wednesday, 2 Apr 08).

It's Thursday, around 3AM now. My Wife getting more regular contractions since 1.30AM ...

Called up the Emergency Dept at Royal Women Hospital, and consult with them.

Is it time?
