Clean Up Your Mess First ...

Australian Government is abit "funny" sometimes.

They critized China, over what has been happening in Tibet (http://www.theage.com.au/news/national/butt-out-china-tells-rudd/2008/04/10/1207420591291.html?page=2)

They critized Indonesia, over what has been happening in East Timor, Papua and others.
Creating ongoing tensions between the two governments from time to time.

But they "forgot" to clean up their own mess on their own backyard.

There was an incident couple of months back,
where aboriginal men (9 men if my memory still can recall it clearly), raped an under-age aboriginal girl (under 10 y.o). They were freed by the Australian court, claiming that the girl committed this under no pressure.

People were crying out for Justice, affraid that these 'very lenient' decision, will spread an even more sexual abuse against women, and against minor.

I wonder whether the same decision will be taken, if the above incident is against a minor from anglo-saxon background (same offenders of 9 aboriginal males)? I'm sure that will be a public highlights for days, or even weeks. Like the Corby's indicent in the past.

I wonder how Australia would react, if Chinese government ... Indonesian government, critizing Australia's unfair treatment of the Aboriginal People?
And I also wonder, how Australia would react, if Aboriginal People, or ethnic minority in Australia, formed a separatist movement?
